APM Referral Agreement

Definitions:

Client: The person or entity submitting this form

Referral Agent: Starbeam HSI LLC, dba APM

1. Certification: The Client hereby certifies that the information provided in this form is true and accurate.
2. Referral Services: The Referral Agent agrees to introduce the Client to lenders in the Agent’s network based on the Client’s needs.
3. Fees: The Client is not required to pay any fees directly to the Referral Agent for services provided under this Agreement.
4. Client Obligations: The Client agrees to provide the Referral Agent’s name as the referring party on any loan applications submitted to lenders introduced by the Agent. 
5. Confidentiality: The Referral Agent agrees not to share any confidential information provided by the Client with any unauthorized parties.
6. Agency: The Client authorizes the Referral Agent to share the client’s information with lenders for the purposes of applying for a loan.
7. Non-Solicitation: The Client agrees not to solicit or conspire with any person or company referred by the Referral Agent during the term of this Agreement.
8. Non-Exclusivity: This Agreement is non-exclusive. The Client may work with other agents or lenders not referred by the Referral Agent.
9. Scope of Services: The Referral Agent will only provide introductions to lenders and will not be involved in any negotiations between the Client and the referred lenders.  
10. Disclaimer: The Referral Agent is not acting as a loan advisor. It is the Client’s responsibility to review any offers submitted by referred lenders.
11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
